Fill in profile details for a represented athlete

Lets an agent complete an athlete’s profile without the athlete being involved (ENG-1474). Authorization runs through the active agent_athletes relationship, so an agent can never edit someone else’s athlete. *

The Edit modal is the athlete’s own edit experience rendered as a modal, so the field set mirrors the athlete’s POST /editAthleteWebsite and the same follow-ups run: graduation year re-decides whether they still count as a current athlete, bio and skills close the matching onboarding to-do, and profile completeness is recalculated so the roster percentage stays honest.
Every field is optional and only the fields actually sent are written, so the modal can save partial progress; a field that is present must still be valid. Sending either name part rewrites the athlete’s display name from both.
Not accepted here on purpose: the profile photo, which keeps its own endpoint at POST /agent/athletes//photo; social accounts, which go through the Link Social Media flow; and email and password, which would let an agent take over the athlete’s login.
