# University admin workflow

> A role-based path for university administrators reviewing athlete, deal, disclosure, and reporting information.

University admins use MOGL for compliance and oversight rather than marketplace deal creation. Their workflows focus on visibility, disclosure terms, athlete/deal context, and reporting.

## 1. Get access

University access should be provisioned through MOGL-approved channels rather than public self-service signup unless a specific institution-facing signup flow exists. Keep this distinct from athlete, brand, fan, and agent registration.

## 2. Configure university context

University configuration can include institution identity, disclosure terms, athlete population context, and compliance preferences. The University Custom Disclosure Terms feature indicates that universities may need custom disclosure language or terms in the compliance experience.

## 3. Review athlete and deal context

University admins need clear views into athlete profiles, deals, contract/disclosure state, and reporting exports that support compliance review. They should not need to understand brand-facing deal-management internals to answer compliance questions.

## 4. Monitor workflow milestones

Useful university-facing milestones include:

* athlete profile readiness;
* deal posted or disclosed;
* athlete hired or contracted;
* availability and cancellation state when relevant;
* deliverable submitted, approved, voided, cancelled, or paid;
* reporting/export availability.

## 5. Export or report on activity

University workflows prioritize reliable exports and compliance-ready reporting. The University API provides institution-facing access to compliance data and complements the broader Core API.

## Public vs. internal boundaries

Back-office and internal admin APIs remain out of the public integration path. University admins use the institution-facing University API and role-appropriate concepts.
